How to Use:

1. Add 2 flat tablespoons of the herbal blend to a 32-ounce container.

2. Bring 32 oz of natural spring water to a boil.

3. Pour boiling water over the herbs, seal the container, and let it steep for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

4. Strain and drink the entire infusion first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
