I am a person who is top heavy, mainly belly , & I do not use the bathroom regularly. I ate it with apple sauce or a peach fruit cup.

When I first got the Sea moss I was on my way home. I was starving so I got some food. I knew to eat the sea-moss on an empty stomach.. After the 2 spoon fulls I wasn’t hungry anymore.
The next morning I was able to use the RR and it wasn’t painful or anything. Just a good solid #2 & that doesn’t happen to me. I started the sea moss on Friday and by Sunday the bloating was visibly down.

Unfortunately due to my thyroid I personally can’t continue to use it but if I could I definitely would. Again, I saw results in 3 days.
