How to prepare each tea
Prepare the teas separately. Add 1 flat tablespoon of loose tea, or one prepared tea bag, to a 32-ounce heat-safe container. Pour boiling spring water to reach 32 ounces, cover, and steep overnight. Drink the Parasite Cleanse Tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach; drink the Gut Scrub Tea in the evening. The Detox Binder is sold separately. Do not add sweetener.
