How to enjoy
Adults: Enjoy 2 tablespoons daily, directly from a clean spoon or mixed into a smoothie, applesauce, oatmeal, yogurt, or another favorite food or drink. Blend into a smoothie or enjoy directly from the spoon. Use a clean, dry spoon each time you serve from the jar; do not put a used spoon back into the gel.

Shipping, storage & texture
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival, even if your jar is still frozen. We pack shipped jars in thermal materials with cold gel packs; most are shipped frozen. Store frozen jars in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and follow the use-by date on your jar. Natural texture can vary with the sea moss variety, fruit or herbs, water used in blending, freezing, and storage. A jar may be thick, soft, or a little fluid; stir with a clean spoon after thawing if needed. Avoid extended time at room temperature and do not refreeze after thawing.

For best consistency
If you freeze a jar for later, let it soften at room temperature until it still feels slightly cold to the touch, then refrigerate it immediately. For a jar delivered frozen, place it directly in the refrigerator on arrival.
